Elite Activity contacted me recently and attempted to recruit
me into their program. The way the company is described sounds like a
gifting program.
As you may well know from my reviews on gifting programs, I disdain
them. I’ve seen a considerable number of my own students get scammed
and ripped-off by these insidious programs and I know that they are
definitely a bad thing.
I even called the FTC myself to determine if these programs are even
considered legal. They disclosed to me that they are not legal. The FTC
further discussed that there are some very scary legal battles they’ve
had with individuals who run these types of businesses. Trust me. The
gifting people were blown out of the water.
What’s even worse is that if you are involved in a gifting program then
the people who are sign up under your company can sue you. For a fact,
I know that many gifting programs are sued and lose. I highly do not
recommend Elite Activity or any other similar type of
get-rich-quick-scheme. I would not be surprised if Elite is under
investigation of the FTC right now.

spending thousands of man hours on reviewing home-based businesses,
