Headquartered
in Irwindale, California, Gano Excel is a network program which is
supposed to be a quick growing marketing firm. Their main product
is a coffee offering that contains Ganoderma Lucidum a.k.a. red
mushroom extract. This substance is purported to have health
benefits that includes promoting longevity, maintaining health and
improving the body’s healing ability. There appears to also be an
opportunity to make money as an affiliate with your own home based
business.
The
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has had some issues with Gano
Excel. I discovered 2 postings from the FDA that claims that milk
proteins in the products were not stated on the label and caused
problems for people with that particular allergy. Because of this
news, Gano Excel recalled the product. The other issue I found
was that there were claims made on the website about its dietary
supplement that the FDA contested did not qualify to be sold as a
dietary supplement. According to a representative with Gano
Excel, the issue has since been resolved.
On
CoffeeForums.com, I discovered several postings questions how good this
“Healthy Coffee” by Gano Excel is. One person indicated that the
extract that provides the power to the drink is minimal and that it
contains mainly sugar and caffeine. I believe that nutritional
supplements need to be handled with caution until there is more
substantial information about them. People do not want to hear
about another extract, supplement, vitamin, etc that deal with MLM
businesses. Seriously, people want a more solid product.
Thus, I do not recommend Gano Excel and its program.
