Opportunities - IntelliBiz
The
IntelliBiz organization is run as a not-for-profit and offers a real
investing course called “A Simple Man’s Guide to Real Estate
Investing,” and is promoted as a program that covers all aspects of
real estate investing, such as no money down methods similar to
Carleton Sheets, tax lien sales, certificates and foreclosures.
IntelliBiz claims that they are able to keep the costs of the course
affordable because of their not-for-profit position.
The
IntelliBiz organization has a high rating in the public eye as a
consumer watch dog of sorts, as reported by some people. Some
people have mentioned that even though they did not order or pay for
the course their questions were answered and they were not pressured
into buying the course.
It would
appear that IntelliBiz is a good resource for real estate investing,
but I would be cautioned into starting this type of business as it can
be very high risk. I have several other business opportunities on
the top of my head that are less risky and easier to implement.
