Lou Vukas
Real estate investing via buying a home, renovating it
and selling it for a profit, otherwise known as flipping, is how Lou
Vukas claims to have made his fortune.
Vokas owns a site called realestatefortunes.com which is meant to help
people make loads of cash in real estate with little or no money to
start. He offers several real estate courses on his site and in a book
entitled “Real Estate Uncovered” which is meant to be a teaching manual
used to teach you how to invest in real estate properly.
The problem is that I discovered multiple postings on sites like
Rip-offReport.com and others that say that the biggest issue with
Vukas’ book Real Estate Uncovered was that it was sold to
Foreclosureworld.net who has a big reputation of spamming. Before even
getting the book, people have declared that they were contacted as much
as twenty times in a day before even receiving the book. Others have
said that they were not able to get a refund when they requested it.
Real estate is a risky venture, especially with interest rates and
housing prices today, but it can be a rewarding venture. If you decide
to use Lou Vukas’ system then I urge you to use caution.
