Real Estate provides an educational course that provides mentor support
and hands-on training in the burdened real estate industry. The company
makes the claim that once you complete their training course you will
have your very first purchase with the help of the company, so long as
it meets their particular criteria with their resources.
The entire premise of the firm is that it purports that real estate
opportunities can be discovered in just about every neighborhood for
individuals looking for these distressed properties. Particularly, once
you are trained, you will be a property scout for the company in
helping them complete their purchasing demands and so they can assist
you with the capital requirements.
Based on my research, I have discovered that the company will pay you
1% when they buy the property you bring them, with you acting as an
intermediary with inspectors, contractors, etc to boost the property
value. After the property is sold, they will then provide you with
10-25% of the net profit. $39.95 is what you pay for the course. But
you will have to pay $5000 straight up in order to get the property
listings. I have also uncovered a posting on Scam.com which voices
concern about this fact. One person says that when a legitimate firm
does this particular type of transaction they do so from an office in
the area and will not actually use a 3rd party as a property scout.
It is my opinion that the real estate business can be very risky and
involves considerable information and knowledge to succeed. Because of
that, I would recommend Nu-Way Real Estate with serious caution and a
big grain of salt.
