Tom Butler's "Short Sale Magic"
Short Sale Magic is a real
estate course authored by Tom Butler, whose expertise lies in the
"short-selling" field of real estate, which primarily relates to
pre-forclosure sales.
The ad copy he uses on the website looks compelling, but people need to
understand that of all of the real estate fields you can veture into,
short-selling is a very complicated procedure.
There are "coaching sessions" available to Tom Butler's Short Sale
Magic customers, but there's always been one burning question we've had
for these gurus that offer "personal real estate coaching" from a
so-called experts...and that question is: As far as the person coaching
me, who is also sitting in a cubicle on the other end of the phone
giving me his "expert" advice...if this person is such an expert, why
is he sitting in a cubicle making a nominal wage, when he could be
using his expertise to be making a huge income by applying the very
knowledge his coaching me with??
To date, WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A STRAIGHT ANSWER!
Thing about it, if you knew some obscure strategy for making a million
dollars per year selling widgets, would you concentrate on that
business, or would you just give it up to sit at a cubicle an coach
others to do it, while you were paid $10/hour to sit on the phone
instead?
When you look at it like this, whick you should, you'll likely deduce
that the company you paid is more in the business of selling info as
opposed to providing expertise real estate advice.
Bottom Line is that while we've come across both positive and negative
traits of Tom Butler's Short Sale Magic course, be aware that this is a
very difficult field to venture into, and you should proceed with
caution.
